Youth Yoga
This welcoming class introduces kids to the fundamentals of yoga through fun poses, breathing techniques, and mindfulness activities. Participants will build flexibility, strength, and focus while promoting relaxation and self-awareness. Perfect for all skill levels, our supportive instructors create a positive space for kids to explore and unwind.

Saturdays 9:30 - 10:15 AM
Ages 7-9
Mondays 4:45 - 5:30 PM
Ages 10-12
Sundays 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM
