OAC Summer Camp in Wexford, PA offers unique, creative, and challenging programs focused in arts, sciences, and athletics designed to empower self-discovery and growth. We offer dozens of dynamic and inclusive activities for children ages 3 – 12 that are designed to bring children together while diversifying their interests to grow well-rounded families. 

 

At OAC Summer Camp, we’re all about giving kids a fun, exciting summer while helping them grow! Your child will build important skills like teamwork, communication, creativity, leadership and confidence – all while making new friends and having a blast!

Weekly Schedule

Junior Chefs Speciality Camp

  • A hands-on cooking week where campers learn kitchen basics, create kid-friendly recipes, and explore flavors through themed cooking challenges. Each day mixes cooking skills, teamwork, and fun taste testing. 

Survivor Camp

  • An adventure filled week focused on challenges, teamwork, and indoor/outdoor problem solving. Campers take on obstacle courses, puzzles, and survival themed games that build confidence and resilience. 

Dance Specialty Camp

  • Led by Miss Cassidy, campers explore hip hop, jazz, creative movement, and rhythm-based games. Each day focuses on teamwork, expression, and animal inspired choreography, and the week will end with a mini performance for families. 

Junior Science

  • A discovery packed week filled with experiments, hands-on STEM activities, and curiosity-driven learning. Campers explore chemistry, physics, and nature science through fun projects and demonstrations.

Swim Camp

  • A water-focused week led by certified instructors. Campers work on swim skills, water safety, confidence in the pool, and enjoy daily swim games and challenges suited to their level. 

Broadway Specialty Camp

  • A musical theater inspired week where campers learn songs, simple choreography, and acting basics. Each day builds confidence and performance skills, ending with a short showcase for families. 
     

Animal Adventure

  • Campers enjoy a full week of animal themed fun with visits from facilities and people like the North Park Rangers, the Pittsburgh Zoo, the Pittsburgh Aviary, and service dog demonstrations. Each day includes hands-on learning, animal games, and nature exploration. 
     

Swim Camp

  • A water-focused week led by certified instructors. Campers work on swim skills, water safety, confidence in the pool, and enjoy daily swim games and challenges suited to their level. 

Racquet Sports Specialty Camp

  • A fast paced and energetic camp introducing tennis, pickleball, and racquet skills. Campers learn fundamentals, practice drills, and enjoy friendly matches designed for all levels. 

Christmas In July

  • A festive mid-summer celebration filled with holiday crafts, themed games, snowball challenges, and warm weather twists on classic winter fun. Campers enjoy the magic of Christmas without the cold. 

Dance Specialty Camp

  • Led by Miss Amanda, this high energy camp blends daily themed music, movement games, and hands-on activities inspired by Disney, Pixar, Pokémon, Trolls, and more. Campers learn simple routines, and campers can choose to perform in a Friday Talent Show. 

Superhero

  • A heroic week of imagination and adventure. Campers design their own superhero identity, complete strength and agility challenges, and team up for missions that build character, courage, and confidence. 

Swim Camp

  • A water-focused week led by certified instructors. Campers work on swim skills, water safety, confidence in the pool, and enjoy daily swim games and challenges suited to their level. 

Art Explosion Specialty Camp

  • A creative arts week featuring clay and pottery projects plus a variety of mediums such as acrylics, block printing, mosaics, glass fusion, watercolors, and more. Campers experiment, create, and take-home unique art each day. 

Animal Adventure

  • Campers enjoy a full week of animal themed fun with visits from facilities and people like the North Park Rangers, the Pittsburgh Zoo, the Pittsburgh Aviary, and service dog demonstrations. Each day includes hands-on learning, animal games, and nature exploration.

There are no refunds past January 31st, 2026.

Camp Week transfers can be done at any time if space is available and may be subject to a $10 Transfer Fee.
Camp transfers during the week can be done after the FIRST DAY of camp if space is available and may be subject to a $20 Transfer Fee.

How does drop off and pick up work?

Drop Off: Campers may check-in on the turf field as early as 8:45 AM. Directional signage will be placed in the parking lot each day to guide you to the drop off area. Arrival window ends at 9:15 AM.

Pick Up: Campers may be picked up starting at 2:45 PM until 3:15 PM.

Can my camper bring his/her own food?

All campers should bring a non-perishable lunch and beverage to camp daily unless you have purchased the lunch package upon signing up for OAC Summer Camp.

We are a nut-aware facility. For the safety of all of our campers, please do not send children to camp with any lunch items containing nuts.

What if my camper has allergies?

Parents should indicate all allergies/medication/medical conditions that we should be aware of in the medical form located in your CampMinder User Portal.

What should my camper pack?

What if I need to drop off my child late or pick them up early?

If you need to bring your child to camp late, please bring them into the Oxford Athletic Club lobby. Please do not attempt to drop kids off at the turf after the drop off period has closed.

If you need to pick up your child early from camp, please see one of the front desk associates in the Oxford Athletic Club lobby. Please do not attempt to find your child on your own – we’re here to help!

How can I purchase add-ons for my camper?

All add-on services can be purchased during the registration process. If you would like to purchase add-ons after the registration process, please email our team at camp@oxfordathleticclub.com.

If I'm an OAC Member, can I have camp fees charged to my membership account?

Yes! Members have the option to charge camp fees to their Oxford Athletic Club membership account during the camp registration process.

What are the refund and transfer policies?

There are no refunds past January 31st, 2026.

Camp Week transfers can be done at any time if space is available and may be subject to a $10 Transfer Fee.
Camp transfers during the week can be done after the FIRST DAY of camp if space is available and may be subject to a $20 Transfer Fee.

Where is the Summer Camp Lost and Found?

OAC Summer Camp has its own Lost and Found located in the OAC basketball court. Please ask an OAC staff member for assistance outside of Summer Camp operating hours.

Packing Checklist

Please Note: We recommend that you do NOT pack any toys, electronics, trading cards, or money. Children can only use these during drop-off and pickup. OAC is not responsible for any lost or broken belongings.
